About the Journal
Journal of Patient Safety and Quality in Healthcare (JPSQH) is a scientific journal with open access published by the Damar Husada Paripurna Hospital Accreditation Institute (LARS-DHP). The purpose of publishing this journal is to disseminate evidence that supports efforts to improve the quality and safety of patients in health services based on Hospital Accreditation Standards.
JPSQH is specifically for articles with the theme of patient safety and quality improvement in health services based on hospital accreditation standards including hospital governance and clinical governance in the form of:

3. Quality improvement and patient safety projects
