Oleh karenanya untuk mengetahui secara mendalam sistem akreditasi rumah sakit di Indonesia, perlu dilakukan pengkajian dan pengumpulan informasi dari negara-negara yang telah berhasil menerapkan sistem akreditasi rumah sakit. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan berbagai informasi dan pengalaman yang berkaitan dengan standar akreditasi rumah sakit. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan mengkaji norma-norma hukum dalam suatu hukum yang berlaku yang berkaitan dengan pokok bahasan. The patient safety program is to ensure the safety of patients in hospitals through the prevention of errors in providing health services. <strong>Aim</strong>: to identify the relationship between motivation and nurses performance with patient safety implementation in Dompet Dhuafa hospital Bogor.</p> <p>This research used cross sectional research. The variables studied were the motivation and performance of nurses as independent variables and the application of patient safety as the dependent variable. The research sample was 69 respondents. The sampling technique used was Random Sampling. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire about patient motivation, performance and safety. Data analysis using Chi Square to determine the relationship of motivation and performance of nurses with the application of patient safety.</p> <p>Chi Square test results obtained nurses' work motivation with a p value of 0.001 &lt;</p> <p>0.05 and performance with a p value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05 which indicates that there is a relationship between the motivation and performance of nurses with the application of patient safety in the Integrated Health Home of Dompet Dhuafa Bogor.</p> <p>There is a relationship between the motivation and performance of nurses with the implementation of patient safety at the Dompet Dhuafa Integrated Health Home, Bogor.It is suggested that nurses and other staff will further increase work motivation so that the performance of nurses in implementing patient safety in hospitals is expected to increase.</p> Dwi Rohyani Copyright (c) 2023 Dwi Rohyani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal-larsdhp.or.id/index.php/jpsqih/article/view/2 Sun, 01 Oct 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Hubungan Motivasi dengan Kompensasi dan Stres Kerja Tenaga Kesehatan Rumah Sakit di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 https://ejournal-larsdhp.or.id/index.php/jpsqih/article/view/3 <p><strong>Background: </strong>As an effort to accelerate the handling of the Covid-19 pandemic, Indonesian government implemented PPKM. Critical sectors such a health sector is operating with 100% staff without exception. In Indonesia, 83% of health workers experienced burnout syndrome during the Covid-19 pandemic. The government plays a role in increasing morale by providing compensation. This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation of health workers with compensation and work stress.</p> <p><strong>Method: </strong>The study was conducted on 242 health workers at RS X Bogor City during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used cross sectional analytics. Data collection was carried out with an online questionnaire. Sampling was done by purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.</p> <p><strong>Result: </strong>The results showed that there was a relationship between work motivation of health workers with compensation and work stress at RS X Bogor City during the Covid-19 pandemic. 58,3% of health workers have high motivational levels, 52,9% have high compensation and 75,6% have a moderate stress level.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Health workers are expected to implement stress coping strategies and hospital management can carry out regular work rotations, evaluate workload and schedules, implement Hospital Occupational Health and Safety and effective communication related to compensation for health workers.</p> Risma Nur Hakiki Copyright (c) 2023 Risma Nur Hakiki https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal-larsdhp.or.id/index.php/jpsqih/article/view/3 Sun, 01 Oct 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Pertanggungjawaban Hukum Rumah Sakit Atas Kesalahan dalam Pelayanan Laboratorium di Rumah Sakit https://ejournal-larsdhp.or.id/index.php/jpsqih/article/view/4 <p>Pelayanan laboratorium kesehatan merupakan bagian integral dari pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Terdapat kemungkinan terjadi kesalahan baik dalam memberikan hasil laboratorium, mendiagnosis maupun memberikan pengobatan kepada pasien di rumah sakit oleh dokter pemeriksa, sehingga perlu perhatian khusus mengenai siapa yang dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban atas kesalahan hasil laboratorium di rumah sakit. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian&nbsp; hukum yang dilakukan dengan mengkaji norma-norma hukum dalam suatu hukum&nbsp; yang berlaku yang berkaitan dengan pokok bahasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit secara hukum bertanggung jawab atas segala kerugian yang timbul akibat kelalaian yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan di rumah sakit. Mengingat hubungan hukum antara dokter dan pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit merupakan hubungan kontraktual, maka upaya hukum yang dapat ditempuh oleh pasien adalah mengajukan gugatan perdata ke Pengadilan Negeri setempat yaitu pertanggungjawaban atas kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh perbuatan melanggar hukum. hukum. AHRQ in 2019 has released a hospital survey on patient safety culture version 2.0 which has good reliability and has been widely used in various countries. This study aims to adapt the survey instrument on patient safety culture 2.0 into Indonesian.<br>Methods: This research was an observational study, the researcher has obtained permission from AHRQ to translate it into Indonesian. The research was conducted at Syamsudin Hospital. 676 subjects participated. Content validity was carried out on 3 experts, reliability test using Cronbach alpha was carried out on 10 dimensions of composite mesuare and compared with the English version.<br>Results: content validity index showed expert agreement with a value of 0.92. All question items have good validity.
